Most of the effort in outbound goes somewhere other than the conversation into the phone system, the handover between tools, the reporting afterwards. We build the part underneath, so a team can spend its day on the part that earns.

Why we built it
Four things that were slowing every floor down.
None of them is a missing feature. All of them are friction which is what a dialer is supposed to remove, so each one has an answer in the product rather than a note on a roadmap.
The workflow was split across tools
A phone system here, a spreadsheet of leads there, notes somewhere else. Nothing knew about the call except the person who made it.
The switching was the job
Copy a number, paste it, dial, find the record again, type the outcome. Two hundred times a day, that is most of an afternoon.
