Refund Policy
ReachCalls plans are paid in advance for 7, 15 or 30 days at a time, by local bank transfer, and every payment is checked by our team before your account, seats or renewal are approved. This policy explains when refunds apply and how to request one.
Payments are non-refundable once a period starts
Plans are paid in advance for their period: 7 days for Starter, 15 for Starter Plus and 30 for every other plan. Once a period has started, its payment isn't refundable, including if you stop using the service partway through. Call credit is part of the plan: unused credit doesn't carry over to the next period and has no cash value, so it isn't refunded either.
Stopping your plan
Plans don't renew automatically, so there is nothing to cancel. If you don't renew, calling pauses at the end of your plan and you won't be asked to pay again. Deleting your account doesn't refund the rest of a period that has already started.
Plan changes and extra seats
Changing plan is a new payment, and the new plan starts a fresh period. We don't refund the unused part of the old period or the difference between the two plans. Extra seats are charged at the price shown when you buy them and aren't refunded if you later remove agents.
Payments we can't verify
We check every bank transfer against the payment request and screenshot you send. If we can't match them, for example because the amount that reached us is different, we'll email you to sort it out. If we reject a request and your money did reach our account, we'll either apply it once the problem is fixed or return it to the account it came from.
Duplicate or incorrect payments
If you paid twice for the same thing, or paid more than the amount shown on the payment screen, contact us within 30 days of the payment. Once we've confirmed the extra amount reached our account, we'll refund it.
Service outages
If a verified, extended outage on our side prevents your team from making calls for a significant part of a plan period, contact us. We review these case by case and may add call credit or issue a partial refund at our discretion.
How refunds are issued
Approved refunds are paid by bank transfer, in Pakistani rupees, to the account the payment came from. We'll email you when the refund has been sent; how long it takes to arrive depends on your bank.
How to request a refund
Email team@reachcalls.com or use our contact page, from the email address on your account. Include your payment reference, the date and amount of the transfer, and the reason for your request. See our Terms of Service for the full terms governing your plan.
